Angela Evelyn Bassett (born April 15th 1960) was an American actor. In the TV and film industry, she is known for her nominations and awards. Bassett, who was raised in Winston-Salem North Carolina by her aunt following her birth to New York New York, is well-known as an actress. Her mother split with her father at about five. She and her younger sister later went into St. Petersburg Florida with their mother. Bassett was at the age of high school when she watched James Earl Jones staring John Steinbeck in the play Of Mice and Men and was aware that her goal to become an actor come true. Following her graduation from Yale University New Haven Connecticut in 1980 with a Bachelor's Degree in African American Studies, she went on to earn a Master's Degree (1983) from the Yale School of Drama. Courtney B. Vance met her at Yale and, in 1997 they got married. Qualification: B.A. degree in African-American studies in 1980. Master of Fine Arts degree from the Yale School of Drama School: Jordan Park Elementary School Disston Middle School (seventh grade) Azalea Middle School (eighth and ninth grades) Boca Ciega High School. Angela Bassett is currently working as one of the main parts in the film Ramonda in the action-adventure film i.e. Black Panther: Wakanda forever (2022).
